15-minute Fit Call

Six questions on the phone. We confirm your zip, your scope, your timeline, and your decision-making structure. If we’re not a fit on either side, we’ll say so on the call. No in-home pressure pitch.

02

In-home consult + written proposal

One hour at your home. Both decision-makers attend. We measure, walk the selections palette, and confirm scope. Your written proposal is in your inbox within five business days. Fixed price.

Days 1 – 14
03

Contract + 21-day selections lock

Signed contract, 40% deposit, materials ordered. You have 21 days to lock every selection — cabinets, counters, tile, fixtures. Our palette is curated for speed without sacrificing the look. Day 21 is the hard lock.

04

30–45 day construction

Your slot starts on the agreed Monday. Single project manager on site daily. Daily photo log. Weekly written update from your PM. The construction window is the contracted package timeline — 30, 35, or 45 days.

Days 35 – 80
05

Walkthrough + keys + warranty

Punchlist closed before we hand over the keys. Final payment due at walkthrough. Your one-year written warranty starts the day you move back in.
